For international calls via IP-telephony (dialing “000” applies
50% discount from the standard tariffs.
If there is no capacity in the telephone exchange, installation
of the telephones to buildings with lack of cables and to the buildings
with the distance more than 100 m are carried out under the contract
by drawing up an estimate .In this case carried out works for account
of the subscriber (materials and goods) are given to the balance
of telecommunication company.
The tarrifs for the following organizations will be applied as the
tarrifs for “budget organizations”: “Baku Undeground " Manufacturing
Association, municipalities, political parties, trade unions, mass
medias, Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency, International humanitarian
organizations, public entities, children and youth organizations,
religious organization and communities which have registered in
an appropriate organizations
The installation and monthly fee for the workshop of members of the
Painter’s Unions and Architect’s Unions are the same as the tarrifs
for the “apartments” .
To the cost of each ordered call 0.20 AZN is added.
Depending on the capacity of intraurban digital ports, defining
the cost of licence fee and montly fee the following pass coefficient
are applied.
