Change in the tariffs of Internet access.
Telecom operator .ULTEL. increased the cost of Internet access and applied new tariff packets. From September 1, 2011
according to new tariff packets the speed of the access of all users ADSL and guaranteed Internet is increased in accordance
with the monthly payment.
In more detail with the new tariffs of ADSL Internet access it is possible to be introduced
in the Tariffs division.
The users, that desire to change tariff packet since October 1, 2011 has to turn ULTEL.s Customer Office until October 1, 2011.

Attention for subscribers which uses night tariff plan.
Starting from 01 march 2011 for subscribers night tariff plans usage time set from 24:00 to 10:00 and Sunday days.

Campaign for dial-up users using the Internet-cards.
In the framework new campaing ULTEL declares decrease in tariffs for dial-up users.
So, from now on the tariff for access on Working Hours (9:00 - 18:00) makes 0,08 AZN instead of 0,10 AZN,
on workdays (18:00 - 22:00) makes 0,06 AZN instead of 0,07 AZN,
on weekends and holidays 0,04 AZN - instead of 0,05 AZN,
at night time 0,04 AZN - instead of 0,05 AZN.
Additionaly we reduced price for monthly (31 days) cards from 15 AZN to 12 AZN.

Introduced IP-TV service
Now every ULTEL's internet customer can acquire IP-TV service, which available 71 worlds television channels. The list of complete channels you can see here.
The cost for connecting to the iptv service for 10 AZN, monthly fee is 10 AZN.
In order to be connected to IP-TV, it is necessary to get user's device Set-Top-Box.
Set-Top-Box can be acquired from ULTEL for 150 AZN. For viewing Set-Top-Box devices please click here.
ADSL modem on customer side must support connection to the IP-TV service.
Here is ADSL modems, recommended by ULTEL*:
Huawei HG510 - 52 AZN;
Huawei HG521 of wireless - 65 AZN.
