Introduced IP-TV service
Now every ULTEL's internet customer can acquire IP-TV service, which available 71 worlds television channels. The list of complete channels you can see here.
The cost for connecting to the iptv service for 10 AZN, monthly fee is 10 AZN.
In order to be connected to IP-TV, it is necessary to get user's device Set-Top-Box.
Set-Top-Box can be acquired from ULTEL for 150 AZN. For viewing Set-Top-Box devices please click here.
ADSL modem on customer side must support connection to the IP-TV service.
Here is ADSL modems, recommended by ULTEL*:
Huawei HG510 - 52 AZN;
Huawei HG521 of wireless - 65 AZN.

Changes for dialup users!
Since January 6, 2010 are introduced some changes in the tariffs of commutated (Dial-up) Internet access of the within the framework conducted campaign.
Below costs per hour:
In the day time - workdays, between 10:00-18:00 - 0,10AZN
In the evening time - workdays, between 18:00-22:00 - 0,07AZN
In the night time - workdays, 22:00-10:00 - 0,05AZN
Non-workdays (Saturday, Sunday) and holidays - 0,05AZN

The new billing system will allow You to easily control your account, directly contact the technical support group from the web-page with your requests, obtain detailed information about currently used tariff package, stay informed about held campaigns and changes in tariffs, also be prepared to use new services in the future.
In order to transfer to the new billing system till 31.10.2009, we are requesting all users to contact the technical support group via telephone 490-50-51 and obtain necessary parameters for independent downloading. If implementation of given procedure will be difficult for the user, then the technician of our company will visit you on a pre-coordinated day and hour.

Within the limits of the campaign connected with the beginning of new academic year ULTEL declares decrease in
tariffs for dial-up users. So, from now on the tariff for access on Working Hours (9:00 - 18:00)
makes 0,14 AZN instead of 0,20 AZN, on weekends and holidays 0,04 AZN - instead of 0,10 AZN, at night time 0,04 AZN - instead of 0,05 AZN.
